What is the classroom lottery?
The classroom lottery is a chance for your group to sign up for next quarter’s classrooms without having to wait in a long first-come, first-served line. Enter your group into the lottery and you will be given a randomly generated appointment time to come and schedule a room for next quarter. Appointment times are assigned by lottery, not by the time you reply to the email.
How do I sign up for the classroom lottery?
All signatories for registered campus organizations (RCO) will receive an email from the UCLA Events Office beginning of week 8 informing them how to sign up for classroom lottery appointment. Rooms in Ackerman Union or Kerckhoff Hall cannot be reserved through this lottery. Later during week 8, the signatories will receive an email with the appointment date and time to come in and schedule a classroom for a WEEKLY MEETING, only.
