The Most Important Link is Your Student Organizations Leadership and Engagement Advisor
Every registered student organization is assigned a Student Organizations Leadership and Engagement (SOLE) advisor to work with their group. Planning an event at UCLA requires understanding all the steps necessary to make your event successful. The first and most important step is to meet with the SOLE advisor for your organization. That person can be found in the Student Organizations Leadership and Engagement office located in 105 Kerckhoff Hall. Contact the office and set an appointment with your assigned advisor.
Your advisor will guide you in all aspects of your event planning which includes venue selection, funding options, University policies in relation to your event, marketing tips and any questions you may have.
