Your Alumni Association staff liaison will assist you on your contract agreement with Special Events and the Regents of the University of California.
- The contract defines the legal parameters between the chapter or club and the UC Regents concerning areas such as ticketing, merchandise sales, filming and photography.
- A certificate of insurance liability naming the UC Regents as an additional insured is required prior to an event. Your staff liaison will assist in determining coverage amounts.
