Working Together with Your UCLA Event Manager on Your Event Day
Throughout the planning process, you and your event manager will have clearly defined roles and responsibilities so you know that every detail will be covered.
Depending on the size and scope of your event, you may have an event manager on site throughout the event or you may be required to work independently. If an event manager is not on site during the event, he or she will have prepared you with any information and contact numbers you may need in case a problem arises. As long as your event follows the safety guidelines and venue policies that have been set forth, you can feel confident that UCLA is working for you.
