Ceremony at Janss Terrace for 75-100 Guests – $4,500
(Each additional guest is $7 more with a max. of 300 guests) • One-hour ceremony

Catering not included.
Reception at Dickson Court North for up to 300 Guests – $12,200
• Five-hour reception (music is turned off by 11 p.m. and event will conclude by 11:30 p.m.). Event setup begins at 6 a.m. on the event day and is completed the night of the event.

• Trash receptacles, trash bags, and dumpsters
• Custodial services – pre-clean, during event, and post-clean
• Two security personnel
• Irrigation shut off
• One power box in addition to existing house power
• Restroom openings
• Six parking spots for caterer
Catering and equipment rental not included. Equipment must be ordered directly from one of the UCLA contracted equipment vendors. Please contact Ella Crowell at ecrowell@events.ucla.edu to obtain their contact info so you can reach out to them for an equipment rental quote.

All equipment rentals must be coordinated with our preferred contracted vendors. Billing will be separate and payment will be made directly to the vendor.
UCLA Catering is not required, any caterer will be accepted.
