What is the classroom lottery?

The classroom lottery is an active Registered Campus Organization’s (RCO) first chance to schedule a weekly meeting room for the upcoming quarter. Enter your organization into the lottery to receive a randomly generated appointment time to submit your weekly room request for next quarter. Appointment times are assigned by lottery, not by the time you sign up.

How do I sign up for the classroom lottery?

All signatories for active Registered Campus Organizations (RCO) will receive an email from the UCLA Events Office at the beginning of week 8 informing them of how to sign up for the classroom lottery. On Thursday of Week 8, the signatories will receive an email with their appointment date and time to submit their room request for a weekly meeting. Please note that this lottery is for general assignment classrooms, not rooms in Kerkhoff or Ackerman.
